Weddings
Mr Whippy can make your day one to be talked about for months…
A Mr Whippy wedding is always a huge hit. We often keep ourselves hidden from the guests until the opportune moment, then we switch on the music and roll into site, ribbons and bows attached with gleaming chrome wheel trims and a bespoke menu to celebrate the newly weds.
We also work with any photographers to help catch those one-off shots of the bride and groom. They are invited into the van to pose for pictures pulling ice cream and as the ice cream vans have twin front seats, we let the bride and groom ‘mock’ driving the van away as if they were leaving for their honey moon.
If you want to go for a full ‘bells and whistles’ trip we will even change the name on the van to the bride and grooms names – as if they own the ice cream company! For event hire we offer a variety of solutions. From complete end to end service, including setup, menu creation, all day service and after event clear up, to block booking of one of our vans. We also facilitate fixed rate scenarios where we provide free Ice Cream to all your customers and charge a flat rate fee. We have a wealth of satisfied customers. Join them by getting in touch today.
Events & Film sets
Ice Cream on Set
We can cater for small intimate occasions such as weddings as well as large scale events where multiple vans are required such as film locations and the like. Please contact us for further information.
Large Events
Mr Whippy Ice Creams can supply upto 20 vans for larger events and also pay a percentage of our takings to the event organiser (or fixed fee). We will provide refuse bins and tidy up the site area once we have finished trading. Contact Us form for more information.
We’re good to go, fully insured and inspected!
Mr Whippy is CIEH Certified, fully insured for public liability (copy of certificate available on request), registered with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and members of the Caterers Club.
Our vehicles are all Built By Whitby Morrison Of Crewe and are built to the highest Standards, all vehicles are under 3 years old and many of our vehicles have on board generators and slush puppie machines, etc.
