George Manoli attends many events and gets to serve some very famous people last week we got a shock when we served up Ice cream to a certain world Champion Boxer Amir Khan, I cant believe how Amir Khan is so down to earth and just treats every one on the same level. for a young man hes a very special person , I asked Amir if he have a go at the Ice cream , thinking I would catch him out, but I was in for a shock when Amir jumped at the chance and Knocked them 99s clean out. We would like to thank Amir for the autographs, and kind words, and would like to wish him all the very best in the future, from all his fans at Mr Whippy Ice Cream.

Tonight we was asked to supply the Deserts for all the Managment and staff from all the regions Slug and Lettuce Chain. we attended Albert Sq, Manchester where this years Conference was held, Ria who booked us kept this a well guarded secret obviously with the whippy Team, Once we was all in place and set to go Ria cunningly got the DJ to play Just The One Cornetto, and we rolled up out side the bar, absolute no one knew we was attending (even the Chef was puzzled as to why no desert was requested for the menu) well done ria and all who posed for the pics. we hope to see you all again soon all the best the whippy Team.

Today we attended the family fun day in aid of Raising Funds for the NSPCC, which is a fantasic Charity, we were asked by BGL, if we could supply Ice cream units to peterbourgh, what a fantastic day , We got dry weather all day, not like the rest of the Country?, and we made a generous Donation back to Event organiser Laura, we hope to establish a good business relationship with BGL, and would like to thank all staff at BGL for putting a top class event on. best of luck the whippy team. We Recently supplied 10 mr whippy vans across the Nation, from Southhampton to Glasgow, and handed out over 8000, 99s, in 3 hours thats some going for the 10 units, this was to celebrate British Gas been the cheapest Electricity supplier, This corporate event went great, since then we have re visited british Gas Manchester/Leeds/Southampton

Trafford College Recently Hired Mr whippy to promote their open day, which went really well, they had Face painting,Bouncy castle, and much more, Mr whippy even handed out so many Ice creams to staff FOC, for hiring us, we also Had Take That in town, performing at Old Trafford Cricket Ground.
